Dr. John Lyman

Dr. Lyman was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from LSU in 1981 and his Doctorate in Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 1986.
He moved to the Saint Louis area in the mid 1990s and has been with Cunningham Vision Care for the last 24 years, mostly at the MidRivers Mall office. He is excited about the merger of Cunningham Vision Care with Performance Eyecare in January 2021.

Dr. Lyman is the best eye doctor I’ve been to, he goes to great lengths to explain almost every aspect of the eye exam. The rest of the staff are kind, attentive, and helpful. All around great experience!
